Our Story
KitchenStack started with one person running a real meal prep business — planning weekly menus, taking orders, coordinating production, managing deliveries, and taking care of customers. All at once, across a stack of disconnected tools that were never designed for the food industry, let alone to work together.
The spreadsheets, the scribbled cook plans, the constant toggling between platforms — it worked, barely, until it didn't. As the business grew, the cracks became a weekly grind. Every week meant rebuilding the same production math by hand: how much chicken, how many containers, what to buy. One missed step meant over-cooking and burning margin, or under-cooking and letting customers down.
The solution wasn't another tool that took orders and stopped there.
